We have a studio located at 1872 Tice Valley Blvd in Walnut Creek, Ca for 1-on-1 Personal Training and Partner/Group Training. 

1-on-1 Personal Training

We challenge our clients with an exercise program that begins at your current fitness level. Every movement will get you one step closer to your goal.

With our personal training (PT) program each client receives an assement so that we can create a personalized strength and flexibilty program to meet your needs.  In addition to your customized training workouts, your program will include a calendar with workouts for your non-PT days. These workouts may be cardio, flexibility, core , or additional strength training.

Partner / Group Training

If you prefer to workout with a friend(s), we offer group training.  This is a cost effective way to work with a personal trainer and still have the experience of a private session.

On-Site Training

On-site training is perfect option for you if are uncomfortable in a gym, or simply prefer to workout in your home, office, park, etc.
